What We Do
LiveWell Finney County Health Coalition is a collaborative network of local leaders, healthcare professionals, and community partners working to improve the health and well-being of residents across Finney County.
By bringing together voices from healthcare, education, government, and social services, we take a strategic, community-wide approach to addressing key health priorities-including access to care, behavioral health, and chronic disease prevention.

We use the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify local priorities and guide our work. Our current focus areas include Access to Care, Behavioral Health, and Chronic Disease Management.
